West Lancs Borough Council are super excited to announce the launch of our brand new in-house Employability and Workplace Wellbeing team: ‘The NEST’. The NEST stands for all the things we provide: Networking, Employability, Support & Training; offering a range of services including 1 to 1 coaching for local residents looking to access training and employability support; CV writing, interview preparation and help to access training platforms/courses plus provision to overcome barriers to work such as childcare, travel and job start support
Alongside this our team also offer completely FREE Workplace Health & Wellbeing training courses to help create happier, healthier work environments across the borough where staff can thrive!
